Booking & Delivery Questions

A few useful things to know when arranging your delivery.

What information should I provide when booking?

Please include your delivery address, what you need filled, your preferred delivery date and any useful access information such as gate codes, narrow driveways, low trees, bridges or steep access.

Can I book by phone or text?

Yes. You can call or text us on 021 893 946 to arrange your delivery. The client lists this number as available 24/7.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment can be made by EFTPOS at the time of delivery or by bank deposit at the time of booking.

What if I need to change or cancel my delivery?

If you need to postpone or cancel, please let us know before 9am on the day of delivery. If the truck arrives and the delivery cannot go ahead because we were not notified, a delivery charge may apply.

What if I need water urgently?

If you have unexpectedly run out of water, give us a call and we’ll arrange a delivery as soon as possible.
