Before we arrive
A few checks can save a wasted trip.
Our tanker is big and heavy. A quick check of your driveway and access before booking helps us get in, deliver safely and get back out again.

Clear the driveway
Keep trees and branches clear for at least 3.8m height and 2.8m width.

Move parked cars
Give the truck enough space to get in, turn around and leave safely.

Send gate access
If there is a gate code, include it when you book the delivery.

Secure pets
Keep dogs and other pets safely away while the delivery is underway.

Tell us what is underground
Let us know about septic tanks, bridges, power or other services near the drive.

Tell us if the tank is uphill
We can pump around 25m above the truck and carry close to 100m of hose.

FAQs
A few things to know before delivery
Our truck is big and heavy. A quick heads-up about access makes the delivery safer and smoother.
Where does the water come from?
Our drinking water is sourced from Watercare bulk water sites in Massey, Albany, Helensville and Silverdale. It is the same drinking water supplied to homes connected to the mains network.
Can your truck fit down my driveway?
Our tanker is a large vehicle and needs approximately 3.8m of height clearance and 2.8m of width. If your driveway is narrow, has low trees, tight corners or limited turning space, let us know before booking and we can talk through the access with you.
Can you reach a water tank that is far from the driveway?
Usually, yes. We carry close to 100 metres of hose, so we can often reach tanks that are some distance from where the truck can safely park.
What if my water tank is uphill?
Our onboard pump can deliver water approximately 25 metres above the truck. If your tank is higher than that, let us know when booking so we can discuss whether an additional pump will be needed.
What happens if the truck cannot access my property?
Please tell us about any access concerns before your delivery, including bridges, septic tanks, underground services, gates or difficult driveways. If we arrive and cannot safely complete the delivery due to access, a delivery charge may still apply.
